Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our car rental terms and conditions page. This page outlines the agreement between you, the renter, and our rental company regarding the rental of a vehicle. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation, as they form a legal contract between you and our company. Our rates include:
- Maintenance
- Full 24 hours car hire
- Change of car in case of break down
- Free road map
Driver’s license:
International or national held at least one year. Minimum driver’s age 21 years old.
Fuel Policy:
The car should return with the same amount of fuel as picked up.
Traffic fines:
Traffic fines have to be paid by the customer.
Minimum deposit:
No deposit is required.
Full insurance:
Available at 10€/day, extra. Will cover any damage to our vehicles.
Baby seat – child seat:
Baby seat – child seat cost is 3€ per day each.
Navigation system:
Navigation system costs 5€ per day.
Additional driver:
Additional driver 5€ per day.
Late night deliveries / collections:
A minimum charge of 25€ for deliveries and collections between 22:00 – 07:59.
Collection time:
The collection time of the car will be by 9:00 am at the airport or port
and 8:00 am at the accommodation, regardless of the delivery time.
In case the customer keeps the car for longer, an additional charge will apply.
Booking Limitations and Minimum Rental Period:
To ensure availability and proper service, all vehicle reservations must be made
at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Additionally, all rentals are subject to a minimum rental period of two (2) consecutive days.
We reserve the right to decline or modify any reservation that does not comply with the above requirements.
Payment:
The total amount of the rental shall be paid when the contract is signed.
In case of an extension there shall be a notification from our client
at least 12 hours before and the payment will be arranged locally.
Payment can be made either by cash or by credit/debit card.
