Welcome to our car rental terms and conditions page. This page outlines the agreement between you, the renter, and our rental company regarding the rental of a vehicle. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation, as they form a legal contract between you and our company. Our rates include:
- Free delivery to the airport, port or accommodation
- Full 24 hours car hire
- Change of car in case of break down
- Free road map
Driver’s license:
International or national held at least one year. Minimum driver’s age 21 years old, and maximum age is 75.
Fuel Policy:
The car should return with the same amount of fuel as picked up.
Traffic fines:
Traffic fines have to be paid by the customer.
Minimum deposit:
No deposit is required.
Full insurance:
Available at 10€/day, extra. Will cover any kind of bodywork damage, glass parts, mirrors, wheels & tires.
Baby seat – child seat:
Baby seat – child seat cost is 3€ per day each.
Navigation system:
Navigation system costs 5€ per day.
Additional drivers:
Additional drivers fee is 5€ per day. You can have a maximum of 3 drivers per vehicle.
Late night deliveries / collections:
An additional charge of 25€ is applied for deliveries and collections between 22:01 – 07:59.
Drop off time:
The drop off time must be the same as the pick up time. If returning the car
later, an additional day charge will apply.
Booking Limitations and Minimum Rental Period:
To ensure availability and proper service, all vehicle reservations must be made
at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Additionally, all rentals are subject to a minimum rental period of two (2) consecutive days.
We reserve the right to decline or modify any reservation that does not comply with the above requirements.
Payment:
The total amount of the rental shall be paid when the contract is signed.
In case of an extension there shall be a notification from our client
at least 12 hours before and the payment will be arranged online or locally.
Payment can be made either by cash or by credit/debit card.
